Architecture Decision Records

An ADR here records a decision that constrains more than one artifact of this repository and is hard to reverse, such as how the artifacts communicate. A decision that concerns one artifact belongs in that artifact's specs/technical_design/ADRs/; one that concerns one capability, in that Capability Specification's Decisions section.

Name each ADR ADR-NNN-short-title.md, numbered in order. An ADR is frozen once a release tag of any artifact contains it; a later decision supersedes it with a new ADR instead of changing it.

This file is written by repo update; keep notes in another file.
