Shared Interfaces

Machine-readable descriptions of the interfaces several artifacts of this repository share, such as a DBC file for a common CAN bus. An artifact that provides or consumes one of them refers to it with a *.path.txt file in its own specs/technical_design/APIs/provided/ or consumed/, holding the relative path to the file here.
